			The Balancelle.
- A Double Dialled Shop Window Regulator made in Morez (French Jura), circa 1850.

- This clock. which would have been suspended within a shop window, has been designed to intrigue, as from the outside there would have been no apparent reason why it should continue to swing. However from the rear a bar may be seen coming down from the ceiling bracket which is engaged by the crutch. It is signed C. H. Chaumont, Paris. Only the outer dial has a seconds hand.

- Length: c. 130 cm.
